Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and are final prices. Delivery cost is shown before you place your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store your card details.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and we have emailed you the order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery terms are described on the Delivery page. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund the payment in full.

Withdrawal and guarantee

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Returns page for details and the model form. The seller is liable for lack of conformity as provided by law (at least 2 years).

Disputes

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA). Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence.
