Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement sent to via the contact form. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Returning goods

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For hygiene reasons, sealed goods (e.g. the facial cleansing brush) cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them. We use the same payment method you used.

Faulty goods

You may claim for lack of conformity within two years of delivery. Please notify us at via the contact form.

Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).

Returning large items (e-bikes)

E-bikes cannot normally be returned by post. You bear the direct cost of return, estimated at up to €49 from Estonia and up to €129 from France. Pack the bike in its original box and contact us before sending it.
